GoGrab connects customers with waste removal providers ("GoGrabers"). We facilitate the booking and payment but are not the service provider.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the items to be removed.
• You must ensure the pickup location is accessible.
• You must not list hazardous materials.

4. Payments

Payments are held in escrow and released upon verification of job completion.
