Address Data Attribution
This product incorporates address data from the Geocoded National Address File (G-NAF), licensed under the G-NAF Core End User Licence Agreement by PSMA Australia Ltd trading as Geoscape Australia (ABN 23 089 912 710).
The G-NAF data has been modified from its original form: it has been filtered to South Australian addresses only and imported into a relational database schema for address lookup and geocoding purposes.
Licence details:
- Original dataset: G-NAF on data.gov.au
- Licence text: G-NAF Core End User Licence Agreement
- Licensor website: geoscape.com.au
Disclaimer of Warranties:The G-NAF data is provided “as-is” and “as-available” by Geoscape Australia, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence or absence of errors. To the extent possible, Geoscape Australia disclaims all liability for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other losses, costs, expenses, or damages arising out of use of the G-NAF data.
Use restriction: Under the G-NAF Core End User Licence Agreement, G-NAF data must not be used for generating addresses or compilations of addresses for the sending of mail unless each address has been verified as capable of receiving mail by reference to a secondary source of information other than G-NAF. GoGrab does not use G-NAF data for mail generation purposes.
Disclaimers & Third-Party Notices
No Warranty (As-Is)
Third-party open source components are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these notices excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoGrab disclaims liability arising from or related to third-party open source software and other third-party components used in the product. Nothing in these notices excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Third-Party Trademarks
Third-party names, logos, and marks, including but not limited to Stripe, AWS, Clerk, Google Fonts, and Sentry, are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Third-Party Services
GoGrab relies on third-party services including AWS, Stripe, Clerk, and Sentry. Use of those services is subject to each provider's own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Some of these services process user data on servers located outside Australia. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, GoGrab takes reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Attribution Completeness
Dependency versions and attributions can change over time. This notice reflects dependencies included at release time based on the project lockfile and build artifacts for that release.
License Text Availability
Most open source licenses, including MIT and BSD variants, require the full license text and original copyright notice to be included with any distribution. Package repository links on this page satisfy that requirement for informational purposes. A machine-readable OSS notices file containing the full text of every license in the production build is included in the application's build artifacts. You may request a copy by contacting us via the support page.
Ethical/Restrictive License Caveat
Certain packages may be distributed under non-standard licenses, including Hippocratic-2.1. Use of those packages is subject to the human-rights restrictions and other terms in the applicable license text.
Font & Icon Licensing Scope
Font and icon licenses apply to those font and icon assets only. No trademark or branding rights are granted except as expressly stated by the relevant rights holder.
